Hi again. I don't have much to say, except for the fact that our team, the Mongooses, lost another soccer game.My friends Amy, Megan, and I are all on the same team, and we had a game at 2:00 pm. We played the Stingrays, and we lost 3 to 1. Personally, I got really mad, so then I started going harder in the last quarter. I was defense though, so I couldn't score any goals.
On Thursday I got to go to Disneyland! It was so awesome! I got to go with my two friends. We got there when it opened and left when it closed. It felt like we went on almost every ride in the park! Our favorite was Space Mountain, and then Splash. The only rides that we wanted to go on but didn't get to were the Peter Pan and Indiana Jones rides. Oh well. We had tons of fun anyway. The next day I was so tired that the only thing I did was writing, which was also fun.
In writing I liked the Choose your own Adventure writing assignment. My group is doing a really cool story! The people in my group are Amy, Megan, and Lauren. I'm looking forward to our field trip next week.

It sounds like you had a wonderful time at Disneyland! I remember going to an amusement park with a few of my friends for my 12th birthday, and it was one of the best birthdays I have ever had.
I am glad that you enjoyed the writing assignment, too. Your group did a great job of working together and ensuring that everyone gave input into the writing process.

Yeah, the game was really frustrating - when the ball would finally come up to the forwards it would only be booted back to the goal we were defending! Disneyland was great. (Isn't Space Mountain awesome?) Our adventure story is coming along great too. I am sure no other group has names in their story quite like ours!
