Hey, Danielle,
Wow!! I am so amazed and impressed that you kept blogging for so many months after the narrative writing class. I am glad that this form of writing clicked for you and that you will be posting your novel on your blog. I think you'll enjoy that process.
I wanted to share some ideas with you to get you thinking about further plot developments for your story. You don't have to use any of these ideas, of course; they may simply spark a completely different idea in you that gets you excited, and then they will have done their job. :)
I like it that you have a main character, a super-dog :), and an evil group of parents who want to overthrow the world. That sounds like a story I'm going to enjoy reading, especially since I remember how much action and adventure you had in your dog-catcher story last year.
There are several things to consider as you develop this idea:
1) Why do these parents want to overthrow the world?
2) What is their leader like?
3) How did your main character find out about the plot of these parents?
4) What do these parents want to do when they overthrow the world? Rid the galaxy of space aliens?
5) Where is your story set? In the past? The present? The future?
6) How does your main character feel about stopping these parents? Afraid? Confident? Why? Does she have experience as a spy? Is she truly just a young girl, or has she done jobs for the government before?
7) Who are her allies? Can she trust her own parents? How does she know she can trust them?
8) Is she friends with the kids whose parents are evil? Are they with her or against her?
I hope this helps your ideas flow. Maybe you've already answered a lot of these questions these past few days!

I can't wait, but unfortunetly I don't know either. Sorry!
Do you know how I can add you and Davis to my contributors list? Comment on my blog.

Hi Danielle,
I'm a little rusty on this blog thing too. :-) I am trying to remember everything!
Amy
P.S. I liked your cousin's blog!
Hey Amy,
how'd you get to my blog?
~Danielle's cousin,
Alisa
Hi Alisa!
Danielle gave me your blog address. I liked it a lot! (I hope it's OK with you.)
Amy :-D
By the way Alisa, my blog is www.amy-writing.blogspot.com if you want to look at it!
Hey Amy, I can't get to your blog it says I'm not invited.
Help?
Hi, Danielle,
I am so sorry that I mixed up your story elements and gave you suggestions for the wrong story! This time in class, I will be taking notes on everyone's plot plans and not trusting my memory. :) I guess the questions could still be helpful if you took out the word "parents" and replaced it with "people."
I realize, too, that it looks like I was saying your main character is a super-dog, but actually I just meant that you were including a great dog in your story. I know that your main character is a girl who is tomboyish.
I am looking forward to reading your story!
